Our plate rolling capability
At Brice Metals, through our partners within the Southern Steel Group, we meticulously project manage the plate rolling process. Our relationships and expert attention to detail in everything steel ensure we plan and deliver each project to the highest steel standard.
We use Ferrocut’s steel plate rolling facility, which houses five plate rolling resources with advanced technological capabilities that can produce almost any conceivable shape or size of steel product.
Steel we can process
We are capable of forming most steel. We use these templates to flatten and roll – BIS 80, 400, 450 and 500; Xlerplate 250 and 350 grade; Strenx 700, Hardox 450 and 500, and all aluminium and stainless steel grades.
Shapes we’re able to form into are conical sections, cylindrical forms, strakes, elliptical sections, multi radii, spirals.
